What Data Do We Collect?
We may collect two main types of information:
-
Non-personal Data: This includes information that doesn't identify you personally, like technical details or aggregated usage data from your time on our services or during registration. It's information that can't be traced back to you.
-
Personal Data: This refers to information that can identify you directly or with reasonable effort. This might include details like your name, email address, physical address, phone number, and IP address, among others, which we may request from time to time through our services. If we ever combine your Personal Data with Non-personal Data, we'll treat the entire combined set as Personal Data for as long as it remains linked.
How Do We Collect Data?
We use a few main methods to collect data:
-
When you use our services: We gather, record, and store information about your usage and sessions whenever you visit our digital assets and use our services.

When you provide it directly: We collect data you give us yourself, for example, when you contact us directly through a communication channel like email with a comment or feedback.
-
From third-party sources: As explained below, we may collect data from third-party sources.
-
Through third-party sign-ins: We collect data you provide when you sign into our services via a third-party provider like Facebook or Google.
Why Do We Collect This Data?
We may use your data for the following purposes:
-
To provide and operate our services.

-
For other internal, statistical, and research purposes.
-
To enhance our data security and fraud prevention capabilities.
-
To investigate violations, enforce our terms and policies, and comply with applicable laws, regulations, or governmental orders.
-
To send you updates, news, promotional materials, and other information related to our services. You can always opt out of promotional emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in those emails.
Who Do We Share This Data With?
We may share your data with our service providers to operate our services. This includes, for example, storing data via third-party hosting services or providing technical support.
We may also disclose your data under the following circumstances:
-
To investigate, detect, prevent, or take action against unlawful activities or other misconduct.
-
To establish or exercise our rights of defense.
-
To protect our rights, property, or personal safety, as well as the safety of our users or the public.

-
To collect, hold, and/or manage your data via authorized third-party providers (e.g., cloud service providers), where appropriate for business purposes.
-
To collaborate with third-party providers to improve your user experience.
For clarity, please note that we may transfer, share, or otherwise use Non-personal Data at our own discretion with third parties.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
When you visit or access our services, we authorize third parties to use web beacons, cookies, pixel tags, scripts, and other technologies and analytics services ("Tracking Technologies"). These Tracking Technologies may enable third parties to automatically collect your data to improve the navigation experience on our digital assets, optimize their performance, ensure a tailored user experience, and for security and fraud prevention purposes.
To learn more, please read our Cookie Policy.
Connection to Advertising Services, Campaign Managers, or Facebook Ads
We may deliver advertising through our services and digital assets (including websites and applications that use our services), which may also be tailored to you, such as ads based on your recent Browse behavior across websites, devices, or browsers.
To provide these advertisements to you, we may use cookies and/or JavaScript and/or web beacons (including clear GIFs) and/or HTML5 Local Storage and/or other technologies. We may also use third parties, such as network advertisers (i.e., third parties who display advertisements based on your website visits), to serve targeted ads. External providers of advertising networks, advertisers, sponsors, and/or website traffic measurement services may also use cookies and/or JavaScript and/or web beacons (including clear GIFs) and/or Flash cookies and/or other technologies to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to customize advertising content for you. These third-party cookies and other technologies are subject to the specific privacy policy of the respective third party and not this one.
Where Do We Store Data?
Non-personal Data
Please note that my company, as well as my trusted partners and service providers, operate worldwide. For the purposes explained in this Privacy Policy, I store and process all Non-personal Data I collect in various jurisdictions globally.
Personal Data
Personal Data may be maintained, processed, and stored in the United States, Ireland, South Korea, Taiwan, Israel, and other jurisdictions as required for the proper provision of my services and/or by law (as further explained below).
How Long Do We Retain Data?
Please note that I retain collected data for as long as necessary to provide my services, comply with my legal and contractual obligations to you, resolve disputes, and enforce my agreements.
I may correct, supplement, or delete inaccurate or incomplete data at any time at my discretion.
How Do We Protect Data?
The hosting service for our digital assets provides the online platform that allows us to offer you our services. Your data may be stored in the data storage, databases, and general applications of our hosting provider. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall and offer secure HTTPS access to most areas of their services.
Payment and E-commerce Security
All payment options offered by us and our hosting provider for our digital assets comply with the regulations of the PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) set by the PCI Security Standards Council. This council is a collaboration of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card data (including physical, electronic, and procedural measures) by our shop and service providers.
Despite the measures and efforts undertaken by us and our hosting provider, we cannot and do not guarantee the absolute protection and security of any data you upload, publish, or otherwise share with us or others.
For this reason, we ask you to set strong passwords and, if possible, not to transmit sensitive information to us or others that you believe could cause you significant or lasting harm if disclosed. Since email and instant messaging are not considered secure forms of communication, we also ask you not to share sensitive information through either of these communication channels.
How We Handle Minors?
The services are not intended for users who have not yet reached legal age. I will not knowingly collect data from children. If you are not yet of legal age, you should not download or use the services, nor provide any information to me.
I reserve the right to request proof of age at any time to verify that minors are not using my services. Should I become aware that a minor is using my services, I may prohibit and block access to my services for such users, and I may delete any data stored about that user. If you have reason to believe that a minor has shared data with me, please contact me as explained below.

-
The use of your personal data is necessary to comply with relevant legal or regulatory obligations.
